Board of Directors Activity
A new Board of Directors was elected in November 2008. This page has been added to the website to
keep you informed of their planned meetings and activities. The board is made up of 9 members. A small group, that is always looking for help
in keeping the pool up, operating, and a pleasant place for everyone. All members
are welcome to attend our meetings and take an active role in our committees.
 Board Meeting Schedule
This pdf document contains the proposed schedule of meetings for all of 2009.
The winter meetings for Feb, March and April are being held at the Gann residence. Follow-on meetings will be held at the pool.
While all members are welcome to
attend, the following rules apply:
- Agenda: We have much to accomplish and will be working from a meeting plan and agenda.
Any visitor initiated items will be addressed, at the start or the end of the meeting, depending on the
contents of the meeting plan.
- Advanced notice: While the meetings are being held in residence, if you can, advanced notice is appreciated.

Meeting Minutes
Board meeting minutes will be placed here on the site once they have been approved (usually at the next board meeting).
Special Interest Committees
Thus far these committees have been identified. We are actively seeking members to help
in each key area.
